Elon Musk: SpaceX and Tesla Explore Possibility of Largest Merger in History

The companies have formed special committees but have not yet reached an agreement on the deal proposal.

SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk considers a merger promising due to the complementary work of the companies in the field of artificial intelligence, reports Al Jazeera.

Musk noted that the potential deal would still need to be put to a vote by Tesla shareholders, where the support of 50% of participants will be required.
