Bayern Munich Player Wins Ballon d'Or for the First Time in 45 Years

Bayern Munich forward and England national team player Harry Kane received the Ballon d'Or for the 2025/26 season. The last player from the Munich club to win this award was Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, who claimed it in 1980 and 1981.

Kane also received the Gerd Müller Trophy as the top male scorer of the season.
