Uzbekistan’s young boxers win 8 medals at World Championships in Budva

In the overall team standings, the men’s team finished first, ahead of competitors from other countries.

The team won 8 medals: 4 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze.

Sukhrob Rakhmatullayev, Asadbek Sultonboyev and Islom Salikhov won world titles. Among the girls, Nazokat Mardonova became champion.

Sardorbek Bakhromkhuzhayev and Maftuna Yangiyeva took second place. Zulfiqor Adhamzhonov and Mukhtasar Aliyeva won bronze medals.
