Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva met in Ankara with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip
The visit included discussions on cooperation in education, the exchange of practices and common technological initiatives of the 2 states.
In Ankara, the participants of the meeting reviewed the state of relations between the 2 countries and further areas of cooperation. Saida Mirziyoyeva conveyed to the Turkish leader the best wishes of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and thanked him for his attention to Uzbekistan, as well as for supporting contacts between the peoples of the 2 states.
In Istanbul, accompanied by Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, Saida Mirziyoyeva visited Ibn Haldun University and Yenidogu School. There, she studied the approaches used in teaching, developing students’ abilities and fostering independent thinking.
At the site of the aerospace and defense company Baykar, she was shown technological developments, including solutions for the defense industry. Saida Mirziyoyeva noted the relevance of Turkish experience for Uzbekistan and the possibility of exchanging knowledge between specialists from the 2 countries.
