Nicolas Cage Revealed He Became Temporarily Homeless
Actor Nicolas Cage stated that due to problems with his home in Malibu, he is living in hotels. He had planned to go trick-or-treating with his 4-year-old daughter for Halloween.
On October 31, during the Comic Con festival in Los Angeles, Cage was asked about his Halloween plans. He responded that he would not be able to spend the holiday at home because of issues with his residence in Malibu. According to the actor, he is currently 'a bit homeless' and living in hotels, so children will not come to his place for sweets.
Cage intended to go trick-or-treating in Santa Monica with his 4-year-old daughter, Augusta. After putting her to bed, he planned to watch the horror film *The Shining*.
On September 8, a hole approximately 9 by 9 meters in size formed near the actor’s home where the driveway had been. The preliminary cause of the collapse was identified as coastal erosion. Gas company employees worked at the site, eliminated a leak, and temporarily shut off the gas supply to the damaged area.
